Khaki pants "customer service" returns
The only work pants I have previously bought have been Dockers. I ordered three more pair from Dockers.com and when I got them, they were not the quality and the size did not fit as those that I have previously owned so I contacted "customer service" to return them within their 60 day period. They said they would send me return information but I never received anything via email or mail so I recontacted them outside the 60 day period and told them the situation. They now refuse to accept the return since it is outside the 60 day period. Stuck with over $100 of new Dockers never worn. Trust me, I am actively looking for another brand. So much for "customer service" and now I have no brand loyalty.
