Paid for Shoes but Never Received Them or Any Answers

Paid for shoes. Never received them. After checking the tracking number I was told by Viatech or UHG/Etheridge that the company which contacted them for shipping was United Health Group, 1.866.633.2446. I called, but customer service had no idea what I was talking about.
