I bought 4 cocktail gowns through BCBG.com online purchase so when I obtained the gowns it had been a size large. I named the 800 customer support to switch them to get a smaller-size and that I was informed that I'd to repurchase the gowns in the top dollar. Obviously, I had been shocked that I'd to purchase the gown again to get a greater cost and all I needed to complete was trade it to get a different-size.
I find this to become bad customer support. This isn't a method to acquire faithful clients!
