I'd a trip Ny-Moscow. I arrived for that enrollment one-hour before my trip. The woman there explained that i`m late for that enrollment. Even when enrollment prevents one-hour prior to the flight and that I was over time she didn`t I would like to in. She really was rude and in the place of assisting me out with that scenario she offered me a poor attitude being cynical and informing me that i should arrived at my enrollment 4 hours before my trip. I tried to not give consideration how rude she was and simply chose to stop my solution. I believed that atleast I'll get my cash back. And so I named towards the aeroflot plus they explained to contact the organization wherever I acquired my solution from. I named them-and they explained to contact insurance provider. I named them-and they explained to contact aeroflot. Therefore essentially they explained that I'll not get anything back, I'll not get any credit for this which today they are able to do with that cash whatsoever they need. I'm really upset with organization. They simply took my money. Exactly what a rip-off!
