In a nutshell, my product arrived smashed within the delivery container, approached CARid customer support, they responded with ostensibly oh-so sorry we are able to provide you with $5 off the next purchase with CARid and we shall do whatever it requires to make sure your pleasure. I sent them back stating them was smashed and that I wish to return it, 1 week later I've NEVER HEARD FROM CARid AGAIN.
What BS customer support, free results my rear, they undercut everyones cost to really get your dollars after which to hell along with you.
