I purchased a used engine from these guys for a customer of my service department. I was assured that the engine was in great running condition. I paid for the motor and the shipping only to receive a motor that is completly seized up.
The owner of Universal Cycle Parts promised a full refund and a call tag to ship the motor back to him. These items never showed up. He has consistantly dodged my many phone calls to his business, and their voicemail is alway full, so I can not even leave a message. The only time he has answered the telephone was when I blocked my cell number from showing on caller ID. I have even filed a B.B.B. Complaint, but it went unanswered.
