Big run around liars cheaters and thieves. Refused to back-up their warranty for a window regulator part

Palm springs motors has a 1 year or 12.000 mi warranty written in their invoice contract.

My window regulator i had purchased from them january 5 broke and went out on me.

I asked to be re-imbursed and got the big run around telling me they need the replaced part in order

To honor the warranty. Well they did the work on my car u have the part not me. So now they tell me

That the mechanic threw it away. Hellow so im suppose to be responsible for that. U know they lied

And sent it away to get re-imbursed at my expense. Unreal. These people are crooks. Stay away no

Matter what. The part cost 171.00 they beat me out of plus 178.00 labor. Big rip off.
