On September 6, I went to Mazda of Kendall dealership in Cutler Ridge to purchase a new car. I was told that I could purchase a new Mazda 3 which was on the lot. So I agreed to purchase the new vehicle on the lot. The dealer then drew up a contract for me which clearly stated that the car was new. Since the car was new I went along with the contract. Later when I went to receive the owner's manual that I did not receive originally a sales person pointed out to me that the vehicle was not new according to the stock number. I also found out that the car's warranty started back in December of last year. I then went to the person that sold me this vehicle asking for compensation since I was defrauded he notified me that the sale was final and there was nothing I could do about it.
Which is why I wish for my money back from this dealership since they defrauded me and gave me a car that I did not agree to. I did not go to the dealership to purchase a preowned car I went to purchase a new car and was told that the vehicle was new during the whole transaction.
