My Mercedes 300E air-condition is not working again after only one day since this shop fixed electric module after replacing. The mechanic showed malfunctioning electric module is the problem to get the cold air. Air compressor test of pump was good, so the expensive German electric module was replaced after a day.
The shop manager said it was a special delivery overnight, that's why it costs a lot. But I don't believe it anymore. They charged full preon gas, service charge for system check, total of 800$. That was too much. I could be just around 400$, if it is fairly charged.
Anyhow, I have driven to 1-10 freeway enjoying a cool air for a long trip, however its cold air stopped on the middle of the road suddenly just after 26 hours since they fixed the air condition. I have been already out of town far away from Los Angeles, so I was not able to stop by them again in order to argue with them.
