This company was contacted in Early August by Ms. McKinney, an elderly member of our community. She described
some of the symptoms of her 1996 Chevrolet Lumina that needed some repair work. This company went on to perform a
series of unnecessary repair items including a new intake gasket set, several filters and valves and charged her $375 for work on a catalytic convertor. There is some question as to whether or not this work was even done, far beyond whether it was necessary or not. Ms. McKinney just accepted the service order and invoice and paid the amount $1,700.00 for this repair work. Her car that was repaired is only valued at $1,500.00 and the repair crew was aware of that.
What is just intolerable about this situation is that these mechanics prey on people who dont know any better and just want their car fixed and it needs to stop.
