This is what you will see as their "rebuttal" on this amazing website! HAHA

I will tell you my story brief and too the point. I had my car repossessed twice by these people. But whats funny. Both times I got my car back... All due to financial difficulties. Granted I should have never been late. But hey what can I say, when you get laid off due to tough economic times that prevent you from finding work faster than you lose it. It's hard. But twice I had my car repo-ed due to being late for the payment. 6 months separated the two repossession incidents with the same car. What really I did not appreciate was this.

Knocking at my door at 342am on a monday morning saying "we are here to repossess your car" when the payment at this time was not late... As a third repo. WHAT??? My payment was not due til the 5th of the month, I paid on the fourth in a money order. So I miss work that day to have to call them and ask what is going on that my payment was confirmed that it was received that friday.

They respond to me over the phone with a laugh and stating " I'm sorry sir, but if we in fact received the payment, it would be in the system as paid." Then after I was put on hold to talk to the supervisor, the manager states "I see it was logged as received, but I have no money order here on my desk to back up the log, so we had your car repossessed." It's not my fault they lost the damn M. O but I have to go back in and pay restitution costs to pick back up my car along with the payment I already paid and they lost? What crooks! My car payments were a total of 389/month for a great car nonetheless, never had problems with it. So I told them that they could keep it. Well three months go by and they call me out of the blue saying they auctioned off my car for 6,000 dollars and that left a deficiency balance of more than 10,000 on the loan that I HAD TO PAY BACK? WOW. So I check my credit report and see two things on my report. One, my account with SNAAC had a deficiency balance of 11,780 left on it. But right below it stated, Account Closed, paid in full! HAHAH

So I contacted them and emailed a copy of the report, and they dare suggested that I doctored the paperwork to fraudulently state they closed my account prematurely so that I would not have to pay anything. I went to a lawyer and had a gag-order placed on their company with a threat of Civil-action lawsuit hanging over their heads should they contact me again and that my contract had been since been closed and was no longer a debt I owed them.

I have not heard or received legal threat letters/emails in my inbox or mailbox for 6 months. DEAD SILENCE..

Need i say more?

Just stay away from any dealer that uses snaac. They are crooks and an unethical business to definitely avoid. Thanks for reading and buyers beware!!!
