My daughter at Boston University had scheduled a delivery of her boxes upon her return to Boston months ahead of time. She was given a six hour window and spent that beautiful day in her room waiting. She called once during this time and was told there was a "small delay." When the six hours were over, we both called and received nasty unhelpful service that they were "behind." Well, duh! She had no choice but to wait the extra 45 minutes. No call, no apology, no service. Never again. Don't use collegeboxes.com!!!
