TERRIBLE experience. My partner slipped my vehicle off there to get a basic oil-change. While he returned to choose it-up, they'd finished the oil-change and left the vehicle in the parking lot for collection. Works out, technician quit my vehicle windows ALONG also it have been FLOWING for around 45 minutes. Yes, my vehicle was soaked

My husband advised the supervisor who subsequently delivered the specialist out with two filthy towels he believed might somehow amazingly take in all of the water. The specialist not just failed at obtaining any water out-of my unhealthy back-seat and ground panel. He also SMUDGED FAT INSIDE OF MY VEHICLE doorway and also the material about the backseat.

My husband had been in a rush and incredibly discouraged so he simply needed to abandon. I named the shop back later and talked towards the supervisor, he ostensibly created me feel worse and believed to provide my vehicle back AT THIS TIME so that they might clear it. I had been already overdue for my journey outofstate and so I couldn't follow his challenging schedule.

I sent a via the Meineke site along with a lady called CONCHITA (Hello Conchita!!!) from corporate called and quit a voicemail on my partners telephone. I've tried contacting Conchita back at her corporate quantity of 610-337-6111 but she doesn't care to come back my voicemails.

TERRIBLE experience, terrible organization from corporate to supervisor to employee. I'll NEVER visit another Meineke again.
