Very disgusted with the advantage they take of there customers! My 2002 Ford Sport Trac is just out of warrenty and the whole rear-end needs to be rebuilt! I realized how bad I was taken after the fact. (my fault for not checking bluebook!) I couldn't sell it if I wanted to because they sold it for twice what it was worth! Never Again! I certainly would not reccomend them to anyone! I think they should be put out of bussiness! I will seek legal advice!

Shame on them!
