Placed an order for 2 medium 2topping pizzas at 5:15pm. 2 hours pass, in which numerous calls were made to find my order. I asked for fresh pizzas to be made & delivered to my home 2 miles from store, for myself who is disabled & my young son.By 9:30pm, after waiting 4 hours & making over 7 phone calls, I gave up on getting my order since I was placed on hold my last call for 17 minutes because my phone number & voice were recognized & the store decided to ignore me until I was the one to end the call.
I used to be a very frequent customer to the Norristown, PA 19401 store for years until we moved here to Mechanicsburg, PA. This was my first & LAST time at the Mechanicsburg, PA store on West Allen St. I've also posted my horrific experience on my Facebook, to all my many family members & neighbors
Disgraceful.
