Scam and prommissory note/credit card

Unwarranted promissory note and harassing. Threatening phone calls seeking charge card data within the telephone. I terminated the plan and connection using the agent but still the telephone calls proceed, because they are declaring they've "red lit my consideration"-whichever which means!
