After market Albany brake pad size does not match mfg pad. 2001 Chrysler PT Looser rotors now have high ridges on the inside and out. As the rotor wears, the ridges start to rub rivets that retain tension springs, giving you the audible sound of metal to metal way before the pads are actually worn to replacement needs. Auto Zone indicates they do not have any representation for Albany, so they basically said I was S.O.L. For any resolve in this matter. I'll be researching other after market brands and other distributors, other than Auto Zone for future purchases.
