I had a horrible experience at this auto shop. I got there by accident because my car broke down nearby and I did not want to tow it to my regular mechanic. The owner of the shop is an unscrupulous Russian guy named Sergei.
After holding my car in the shop for 8 days because he was "busy", Segei told me that my car's timing belt and water pump were broken and charged me three times as much as other mechanics charge because he knew that I had no other option but to agree to his skyrocket price, since my car was already partially de-assembled in his shop.
He promised to install new parts, but as I later found out, he lied and installed a cheap refurbished water pump which was defective. The water pump broke again in two days and I had to pay another mechanic to re-do Sergei's sloppy work. While replacing my timing belt, Sergei also broke my engine cover and "patched it up" so I would not notice immediately.
When I asked Sergei for a refund, he laughed and told me to get out of his shop.
