Inc rip-off! They don't pay what it is on their aggreement, dishonest business practice

The company did not honor its warranty claims. Based on the authorization from the company for the car for which the company provided warranty, I paid $645.43 for the repairs covered under warranty, the company rejected and paid only partial amount of $324. Specificaly the following issues raised:

1. The company covered only 2.8 hours at a rate of $65/hour. But, the mechanic charged 3.3 hours for the power windows, and 0.6 hours for the actuator. The rate he charged is $74/hour. I paid $114 for the diagnostic and the company did not let me get it fixed there because of the rate but the catual labor would be much lower since they already opened the parts that needed repairs so that I would pay less for the labor if it was fixed there. Then I received several estimates (Bimmerwork, Pepboys, Bavarian auto, and Otto's BMW) which were close to my work and home.

Then I took the car to the lowest estimate place and the company authorized that. They said either the mechanic contact them to direct pay or I pay it and the preferred company would reimburse. The mechanic did not want to deal with the warranty comapany and told me to pay him and I did. But when I asked for the reimbursment the preferred company did not pay the full labor and parts even though it was the lowest amount around the neighboorhood. I was willing to take it to their repair shop, but it was far away and they did not want to reimburse my work day and rental car etc., based on the phone conversation. So I had no choice but take it to the lowest estimated shop based on the preferred company's authorization. But they decive me in that respect.

2.in the warranty plan, it specifies that "powerr door lock actuators are covered. One of the item repaired was the trunk door lock actuator which is the part of the power door lock actuators. Without it no door locks worked. Even though, the company specifies that, they rejected the power trunk door lock actuator. I called all the mechanics in my area, they all affirmed that that part is part pf the power door lock actuator, and the warranty company should cover. But the preferred warranty company rejected that as well.

When I asked the company about it, they said that part is not one of the doors on the sides, driver or passangers. However, they did not specify that they cover the driver side, passanger side, trunk rear door, etc.in their form, it only states that "power door lock actuator". So they should not avoid paying for it by using synonims and taking advantage of the gray areas in their coverage. Because that lock actuator is part of the power door lock actuator and none of the doors worked without it. As all the mechanic around here stated, I strongly believed that the prefereed warranty company misled me on this. I expect that they should reimburse on this.

3. I have spent hours of my time trying to get the car fixed, and worried about it during this time. If I did not have the warranty, I could have had the car fixed immediately with less money. But the warranty company caused a lot of stress and wasted my time and money to get this repair done. I understand that they are trying to make money from selling the warranty. But, as a paying customer and a human being, I also deserve courteous service and they should be honest and keep their promises instead of playing with me.
