I just want to recognize a great work performed by Oscar Sanchez (Service Manager). After an awful experience related to my previous car's battery that nobody knew how to deal with in a professional manner, Oscar, who had taken over the position just recently, managed to stand by the unkept promises I previously received from others, including a manager by the name of Luis. I was there twice before I met him, and all I got from their staff was pure bullshit around the bush. On my third "visit", ready to take legal action against this unprofessional staff, I met Oscar, who patiently reviewed the whole thing & made things straight. Thanks to his professionalism, a big trouble caused by his incompetent colleagues was finally resolved, and on my fourth "visit", almost two months after my first one & a lot of inconveniences, I received my refund.
