I got my vehicle to Mr. McConnels to get a paint work. After buying up the vehicle and heading house I realized that there have been a large number of small small breaks within the color. There is some type of split outlines about the front bumper cover. I called him and reported. He explained to create it in and allow him begin to see the paint work. After getting time-off from function to generate back again to Kingsport, I reside in Bristol, Mr. McConnel wouldn't actually wander 30-feet towards the parking lot to check out the paint work. This irritated me and so I questioned him why he explained to create it back if he was not actually likely to view it? Today he walks external to see the vehicle. Without travelling the whole car he stops at the front end where the bumper split traces was and stated, "The bumper is not a area of the vehicle, it is rubber". He then returned inside and that I adopted.inside he explained the paint-job doesn't have guarantee which I've to depart. I documents a problem using the Better Business Institution and was informed the situation is shut, even thogh I noticed nothing from their store or Mr. McConnel about that. Obviously when the BBB believes it closed it's closed. Amusing thing that McConnel is just a paying participant towards the BBB! Customers beware, McConnels is just a large ripoff!
