New Rochelle Toyota
Took my car there for servicing and had to return 4 times before problem was fixed. Twice it had to be towed, paid almost a $1000.00 before they found out what the real problem was

My car was brought in for regular servicing on June 15th. Within 12 days I was back again because the engine light came on and it cut off. I picked up my car at the day's end (6/28). The next morning (6/29), it would not start and had to be towed in again. They kept the car overnight. I picked it up at the end of the next day (6/30). Within two days (7/3), the car would not start again. Car had to be towed back to Toyota. I had to demand a loaner until my car was ready which was six days later.in the meanwhile, I was charged almost $1000.00 for things that they thought was the problem.
