This place intentionally steals from people and will ripp you off!!! My girlfriend and I went in this sleezy place, big mistake, and were promised a 3 day rental for a flat fee of 189.00. When we returned the rental we were told it would be 550.00!!! When I asked for an explanation the guy acted crazy and rude and made me leave the property without ever explaining the charges. I know exactly what this place is doing. They lie about the cost, get your credit card number, charge whatever the hell they want to the card, and then when you try and get an explanation they try and bully or scare you away. I knew after witnessing thier hussle that there woul;d be other victims out there but I can't believe how many.
This place needs to be shut down. I'm still working on getting my money back but to file a claim a need a recipept or contact and the rental place refuses to give me a recipet or explain the charges to me. I'm calling the police and i'm gonna have them escort me to the car rental place to get an explanation of the charges like i'm entitled to. I'm so angry and just trying not to lose my temper I would be less offended if some crack head muggged me on the street. These are horrible people at this phoenix car rental or abels or whatever the name is, they're stealing from good hard working people. They are sleezy con artist thieves and they need to be stopped look at all the people just wanting to rent a car that got screwed over and stolen from!!!
