We wanted to share our experience with World wide van lines; first off we were left stranded by another moving company 2 days before our move date. The other moving company stated that their truck broke down which I find hard to believe since they called us last minute and told us; so we went back to some of the e mails we had received mind you this was Sunday night around 11:00 central time and we began calling and e mailing franticly as we needed to be packed and loaded no later then Tuesday. We received a call back from Mitch at around 11:30 and explained our dilemma she arranged to have a truck at our door on Tuesday morning and a full crew to have us packed and out that same day. I was shocked as to how quickly they organized a truck with a full crew to get me and a added bonus the crew was a delight I really enjoyed their funny jokes. How they have the energy to tell jokes while carrying my heavy boxes is beyond me, but they multi-task very well! None of my belongings were damaged, and none of my hardwood floors were damaged either, and they handled my difficult refrigerator very well (it wouldn't fit through one of the doors to my kitchen). Mark was the driver and Forman of the crew and he was terrific that had our home packed and loaded on the truck in under 8 hours 12,000 lbs. We were very happy with the services provided by world wide van lines and will no doubt recommend their services to our family and friends.
