Safeco... Never ever...!
I had an insurance with safeco and I had a problem with my bank account so they could not get money for some reason. Before that had I put another car to my insurance policy, they said they had sent me a paper to sign uninsured motorist. But I have never received that kinda paper. First they told me I can reinstate my insurance and then I was agree to pay all of the cost for reinstatement include first and last month then they said they can not because of that paper. I told them I did not even get the paper. I talked with them many times. Did not try to help me. I belive they have many customers thats why they do not need anymore. I never said I wont pay that amount. They have my information and everything. It is a big company but as usual big companies act like crap. Because they think they are something.
I just wanna say, be carefull when you are talking with underwriters. Because managers are nothing in safeco. If underwriters says no. You dont have any choice. Managers are just getting paid I belive. Make sure to get their names. (I did but it did not help anyway... Weirdest one Mindy.) they are telling you something and next day they do not record to the computer what they say. So when you call next time. They are like sorry there is no note in here. I belive in my safeco account they can write a book if they want to.
Finally they sent my bill to collection agency today. And I paid them. I never told them I wont pay it. They are weird and they are thinking my $100 is gonna make them happy. Thats bull crap. They lost a customer. I hope they will loose millions of customer.
