4/03 I had been acquired with a cab drI'ver that I rode having a handful of moments before. The very first time he was really rude, disrespectful and screamed after I asked him about just how much he charged me. I consider the taxi to and from work daily for that previous 5 weeks and not spend more that 10.85 with traffic; each time I am in his taxi it is 12.00 or even more no traffic. Nowadays my cost was 12.25 so when I questioned him about he explained simply uniform've him 12. He was really confrontational after I walked base within the taxi, informing me he remember me and wondering where I was heading (fascinating) he was so busy speaking over me he was not hearing after I told him. I told him what organization and also the tackle but all he noticed was the tackle and maintain saying no your not I understand who you're... I had been simply ashamed. I requested should we've an issue each time and he explained no. As usual I named the taxi organization but waited on-hold for half an hour without any one looking into me or something lastly I simply put up. The very first time I named to protest about him a waited on-hold for more than 30 units a few time. The boss did not appear to treatment (they never do anytime that I Have named plus some where rude) and offered me additional figures to call that where not the best contact. After I eventually achieved somebody the explained nothing might be prepared until 24hrs later. (so far as what I had been billed) Our expertise continues to be so terrible with this specific cab business. I fear calling them-but its essential.
