I brought my car to this dealer with an electrical problem. They insisted the catalytic converter needed to be replaced which would correct the electrical problem. I authorized this repair.
Within the first thirty miles of driving the car after the catalytic converter was replaced, the car experienced the same electrical problem. I immediately took the car back to the dealer. They then told me that the car needed an ignition switch.
They made a $1300 mistake with the catalytic converter and will not own up to it. I filed a complaint with the attoney general, the better business bureau, and with chevy's corporate office, however, Darrell Fisher lied in each of his replies to these complaints.
