Chris Mcnelly is a so called mechanic who we were quoted by while he was still in school to do a job to replace my head gaskets on my sons car we gave him money for the parts and a down payment after he had tore it apart we asked him to just put it back together because we were having difficulty finanacially so that we could sell it and finish paying him. He refused and when were finally able to give him more money to finish it he took to more payments and refused to finish it.
Then he upped the quote and refused to give me the key and I had to call the police just to get the key. He then lied and kept my money, the car is in pieces and cannot get it fixed. He is a crook and a thief do not let him touch your car he works at honda in north richland hills texas he is a thief and redneck. Stay away from him and do not trust him with your car or money
