Tornado Fuel Saver I paid for something that I never got

On February 15th I ordered one Tornado Fuel Saver for my car, using this website:

I used their online form to find out which model suits my car (a 2011 Jeep Compass Sport) and I've received the answer: FI-75. So I ordered it, I paid it online using my Visa card ($57.94) and I've gotten back the confirmation email:

"Hello Doina Iacob,

Thank you for placing order 02-10648.

We appreciate your business. If you need to contact us please make sure to include the following order number:

Order Number: 02-10648"

Maybe one week later I received this product in the mail but... Surprise!.: it didn't fit my car! I've sent them at least 3 emails and I've called that phone number a few times, I've left messages asking the owner to contact me but... Nothing happened! I packet the product and sent it back with a receiving confirmation on March 8th. Since then I know nothing about what could possibly happen. Nobody answers the phone, the website is dead, the emails are useless.
