On 18/02 I bought a Volkswagen Caddy from Baffin motor company in autotrader for 1113 ;
it has been delivered to me in very poor conditions (empty tank, missing lpg cap, broken door, missing spear tyre,). The guy that deliver the van (Jason) disappeared before I had a chance to try the van with the excuse that he was on a hurry.
The auto-gas (LPG) has never function and now the van is making lot of noise and has started to smoke. I was told that the van has 1 month warranty and that the problem with the auto-gas was going to be fixed. They told me to go to a garage close to my area (Battersea Auto-gas on 29/02) to have an estimate and that they were going to pay for it but I was left in the garage and when the garage tried to contact them they put the phone down on them and from that time they (Jason) don't answer my calls. They also promise me a replacement van while they were going to sort out my van but nobody came.
