Classic Collision is a horrible place to have your car repaired!!!
This place is horrible and they won't warranty any of their work. They are also very unprofessional. I had my car fixed there and I am now having problems with my hood which they supposedly fixed but didn't. It has only been a few weeks since my car was fixed here. I called them to let them know that my hood is not latching correctly, so they could fix the problem to avoid me getting into another car accident if my hood flies up while I'm driving, I could serious get hurt or hurt someone else. I have proof in writing from them stating that they repaired the hood and latch but they didn't fix it correctly. I talked to the owner MACK and he told me it's not his problem that my hood wont shut because he does not warranty any of his work. I'm pretty sure this is not legal and I will be dealing with his company by getting an attorney.
But this is a warning to everyone out there that is thinking about going to this body shop, DON"T DO IT!!! They are horrible and don't stand behind their work. They took forever to fix my car and kept giving me different excuses everyday why it wasn't ready yet. They told me they would only have my car for 1 week but they ended up having it for 1 month.
My point is please take my advice and choose another body shop to fix your car because it's not fair for us to pay to have our car fixed the wrong way and for them not to stand behind their work. Body shops should warranty their work and when I asked them if they warranty their work they told me yes which was a big lie. I was a paying customer that needed my car fixed the right way now they say it's not their problem that my hood is not latching when they fixed the whole front end of my car. They are crooks and it's sad they treat their customers this way. If it wasn't for their customers they would not even be in business.
Everyone don't waste a dime at this place, spend your money at another body shop that will stand behind their work!!!
