Charged for 2 Fill-ups at once, Refused refund

I filled up my car tank at Peabody Citgo on 11/08 at 18:29: 01 for $41.96, then received my American Express bill with that charge PLUS another one at 18:30: 12 for $48.80. I called Amex and explained that I have only one car, and I can't fill it up twice! The attendant obviously swiped my card a second time before I left. Amex contacted Citgo, who said they had 2 computer receipts with my card number on them so both must be mine. Cheaters
