Ripoff Dishonest selling and fradulent claims on used BMW cars

I bought a used BMW Bill Jacobs is a BMW dealer and told me that the car was fully serviced. That was all lies. No servicing was done I paid an additional $600.00. They promised me the second key, I received nothing from them. I would suggest that whoever shops there do so at their own risk and do not trust anything from them even though they are BMW dealers.
