I've done the prestone rebate several times before. I was told at purchase to save foil and copy receipt, stapling them together this worked several times for me. The last time I sent in 2 gallons for rebate they refused saying I did'nt include the receipt. That is a lie! I will never buy from this company again. They lost a good customer as I have many vehicles to maintain. Bullsh*t games
