I would like to understand how the tow company can sell to a collection agency a persons debt then that agency sells it and raises the bill and theaten pay now so much by giving me your card number or money gram me now or will sue who even knows these people so wrong especially when your not even the leagal owner such blattion disreguard its not can you pay and how much an try to help work it out no just pass along your debt to another and raise the amount till they ruin your credit thanks for nothing
