Sold me a unit that has had a problem they hate not kept up with a warranty that they stated.
Had engine problem that there at the start. After only a few km on it it had to be brought back for repair, many weeks and a huge run around and they only fixed the engine not the problems that it caused There staff agreed that the unit was not safe, after many weeks there safe not say it was minor and was safe.
The Arctic Cat Prowler is sold with a Bumper to Bumper warranty that they will not cover! Ralf's sells the units, but can do nothing about warranty's that means your stuck with a unit that you have to fix.
Tomorrow I will have more time and I will right a full story on all the problems I have had just trying to get repairs.
As many others I to am not happy about Arctic Cat warranty's.
P. S be very careful as all units are not covered if a bump is hit and anything happens. LoL I feel for the fast talking sales reps!
