Shari prange mike brown non delivery of paid for goods

I sent payment by bank ch. Of 3580 dollars us from newzealand, they answered email to say they received it the havent sent the goods, its now 6 months, they wont answer their ph. Or answer emails, bbb couldnt get a response. They have been in business 30 years in the electric vehicle conversion parts, and are leaders in the feil, so they claim, but i want what i paid for or money refunded
