For years I have sold items[vechicles] on eBay and for years I've seen eBay not give a d*mn about who gets screwed over! And since I saw that u were handling another Class Action Law Suit against them I thought u may want to hear my story[maybe can help]. First off, they're one sided negative feedback option is insane[for buyers only]! It leaves any seller out there to get screwed over for doing wrong @ all because a fraudulent buyer has all of the control of the situation/leaving a negativel
I have stories here like u would not believe[proof of fraud and unfair feedback scores]-can go into detail if wanted. Even 2 different eBay reps. Told me that this fb deal is fixing 2 blow up and that they r working on changing it-??? Not all sellers r the bad guys[or are the ones @ fault] and the sellers r the ones keeping eBay going/supporting them and sellers have NO protection! Next[and this part goes hand n hand with the feedback abuse issue], just like what happened to me last night, for the 3rd. Time on the same listing/car a buyer made an agreement 2 buy and then never followed thru with payment[all buyers were out of state and none of them ever saw car or met me in person].
Well, I clearly stated in my 3rd. Time listing it that I would require an immediate $500.00 paypal deposit and I boldly stated that I had just gotton burned with 2 other non payers and I'll be damned if yet another JERK doesn't hit the buy it now and then change his mind! This buyer was out of Fresno Ca, it's not like he never saw car or like car wasn't what it was supposed 2 be]! And who make $ regardless-EBAY!!! Ebay will NOT reinburse a seller with listing fees[in this case rt.@ $60.00 bucks worth but they will reinburse u with a final value fee but lately they r covering their butts with no final value fees and r charging more on listing fees SOOO once again it's the seller who is getting screwed over here.
It wouldn't surprise me if people wasn't getting some of their on people to bid, win, or to hit a buy it now on an item[espically a vechicle] BECAUSE they make their listing fee no matter what happens! And guess what, I can't give a negative fb 2 the JERK who really deserves it [like for a no paying buyer]BUT he has the choice to screw me over even more[even though I've done nothing wrong here] and give me a neg just to be an ass and eBay wouldn't remove it unless he said a bad word in fb]! Ebay should either make buyers give pertanent info. Whenever registering OR put up a $100.00[or however much $] deposit to bid like @ a real live auction.
I can't believe what they r getting by with and what has been done 2 me personally[last month a JERK lied about a video game that I had sold him being damaged, started a dispute and sent me back a box of trash instead of the supposed to be damaged game and this a-hole left me a negative-AND I HAVE PROOF OF WHAT I RECEIVED, PICS, WEIGHT OF BOX, AND ETC]. I'm your guy in a lawsuit against them, I see no blogs online suing for what I'm talking about here except a little discussion of the 'one sided fb deal!'
