Fair warning to all of those considering this company after your service is over in the military. You are at the mercy of idiots and bullies. This may not necessarily mean the folks at dsw, but they dont help either. Dsw is a mere "middle man" kissing swift transportations ass so they can take a check home.
Fact is this dsw could care less about you once you are out the yard you are on your own. Do yourself a favor and re-enlist by all means there is NO FUTURE here and damn sure no job security here either. Paychecks are sketchy at best to almmost non existing. You have been warned.
