The heat blend door on my 2006 pontiac torrent with 70, oookms on it failed oct. It cost me $1000.00 to fix it but the part is only about $90.00. The rest was labor. After researching on the internet it is a commom problem with the equinox and torrent. At this time there is no recall. Sham on you GMAC. As a valid GM customer for the past 20 years I will think twice about purchasing a GM car/suv. The part I replaced is identical to the one that broke. So guess what... I'll likely be replacing it again in 4 years. Very upset!!!
