BOUGHT 2007 freightliner xl, from bulldog in ga. When driving home i was getting very bad fuel millage and was running weird. So when i got back to AZ i took the truck to local freightliner dealer ship ran some test on truck come to find out the ecm was bad fuel inj harnest was bad. Also as they got more into this truck they notice that under dash where codes would be flashing, was covered with tape so me the buyer would not see it, belive me if i would have seen this i would have never bought this truck. I also have all the reports and pic's. I have been in trucking for 21 years and owned 3 other trucks.
So bulldog ask freightliner to over night these parts so they can check them out and of course they said they were in good shape. Which is very hard to belive, how do you test a emc of the truck? Bench? So they mailed everthing back to az dealer to put back on the truck.
