My EOS has had problems with leaking streams of water into the car since 6/17/09 and has had problems with the convertible top not working properly since 9/4/10. It has been in the shop 5 times in the last 2 months and will currently be there until next week probably. The $38,000 vehicle is only 3 years old and has had the following problems... And the key is broken. The mechanics at the Volkswagen dealership's service shop told me that 98% of the EOS have problems with leaks and the convertible top not working.

31-Oct contacted customer care and was told a regional case manager would call me back no later than the close of busisness the following day, I was not contacted back the following day, I called and asked for the regional case manager and was told she would not speak to me until the next day
