Once you buy their cars they will never promptly service your needs when the vehicle breaks down.
They sold my Mother a Jaguar S-Type that had Parking Brake fault light on, cruise control fault light on and they switched all four premium 17"tires and alloy rims that was pictured on Cars.com and they put on old corroded chrome 16" rims with tires made in China called Sunny.
Once the car is sold they will switch accessories and never point out any defects.
