I've been a CPS client more than 5 years now. I've stored every cost plans I've created. I delivered his voicemail within the weekend declaring my bill number, title and what my fee plans are... I obtain a telephone call from ALBERT PEREZ ext. 15858 but again he's RUDE, UNAWARE and clearly simply doesn't determine what accurate customer support means. I told him I'd create my 1-auto mortgage fee on 10/21. I subsequently requested him. Did you pay attention to your voicemail I'd quit you on Sunday? He explained uh number used to donot. (okay. To ensure that shows me that they're possibly unorganized, sluggish, and UNPROFESSIONAL. Or them all simply reported). Why can you NOT pay attention to your voicemail? Particularly if you're looking to get cash out-of us? That actually irritated me.

He explained I had beennot being sincere with him. Who he think he's??? With no... He cannot take anything less than a cost 5 or next. I also did inform him I had a need to review my funds to determine what I really could spend towards the overdue quantity and that I can make every funds about the CPS site when I do 99% of times. He nevertheless stated "NO - IT"S NOT MY WAY OR THE ROAD". Nicely because he's declining cost, I imagine I'll simply save my funds towards a brand new vehicle... I am not at loss. CPS is. I've usually worked with Cynthia (in my opinion that is her title) and he or she's been so fantastic to work well with. I have never had these problems till I handled Albert. This is actually the second-time he is HARASSED me and that Iam tired of it.

AND SO I tell him this and that I told him I'd be released in 2-3 times and that I might get my handicap check cashed and obtain a cost out to him. No way. THAT WAS NOT DOABLE based on him. He demanded payment. Therefore today he informs me I've twenty four hours to get hold of him back regarding cost... By which I told him on 10/21 I'd create a complete vehicle payment and that I could not afford other things.

DO SOMETHING POSITIVE ABOUT THEM (esp ALBERT PEREZ) OR I'll CONTACT A LAWYER FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. HE and from what I Have read they ought to not be harassing clients how they are and receiving away withit. These would be the financial situations that people are battling in and lenders ought to be willing to "use" us in the place of harrass and claim with us. You receive more darling from bees than with shit.

Please - if somebody has or is aware of a-class action suit... Please let me understand. I have had it with this particular fool.
