Pro Transmission USA
Pro Trans Services Scam!

After an initial horrible experience with Premier Transmission months ago, I regrettably had to take my car back to them this February at the same 7405 S. 212th ST STE 113 Kent, WA location for repair under their 12-month labor and parts warranty. As I drove up to their shop, I noticed that Premiers crappy little front office was no longer and had been
taken over by another business next door. A fellow walked out from what used to be Premiers repair bays, and asked if I was looking for Premier Transmission.

I told him that I was and he told me that they were no longer in business and had gone bankrupt. I asked him who he was and he told me that he was the shop manager of Pro Tran Service. I asked him if he had anything to do with Premier and he said that he had worked for them for a while, but now he was working for this new transmission shop that had just moved in. Funny thing though, he was still wearing coveralls with the Premier Transmission logo on them.in fact, all the mechanics had coveralls with the Premier logo. He told me that they had done a few warranty jobs for Premier, but that they never got paid and would do no more work for them. The next day I tried to access Premiers website to get phone numbers and got a message that said, The website you were trying to reach is temporarily unavailable. I then found several Premier numbers on the back of my Premier service agreement where I had written them during the initial service. I called 503-889-5000 and got a Premier recording to leave a message and they would call back. I left a message and they havent called back yet. I called 253-833-1254 several times and it just always rang endlessly. I called 253-280-9779 several times and it was always busy. I called 877-696-7507 and got the same Premier recording as the one associated with the 889 prefix listed above. It was becoming apparent that Premier might have actually gone under. Therefore, I decided to query the Washington State Dept of Licensing to see who was really operating out of the business address listed above. Was it Premier Transmission or this so called Pro Tran Service? At the following website: https://fortress. Wa. Gov/dol/dolprod/bpdLicenseQuery / I typed in the above mentioned address and both Premier Trans Company and Pro Tran Service came up as businesses with licenses at that address. Funny thing though, David Boyd was listed as the owner of Premier and Bob Boyd was listed as the owner of Pro Tran. From dealing with these two cheats in the past, I know that Bob Boyd (new owner of Pro Tran) was the sales manager for David Boyd who owns Premier.

These brothers have merely closed one business down and opened another to run from their troubles. Currently, there is neither a website nor phone listing for Pro Tran Service. It doesnt surprise me though as it does take time to
develop a top notch deceptive and fraudulent website like the one Premier used to have. I wonder though, where are they getting all their customers? The place looked busy. It was also comforting to see though that nothing had changed when Pro Tran Service moved in; the repair bays were still filthy as ever and in total disorder, the new manager still lied through his teeth like that Jaime loser that worked for Premier, there were still junked cars out front and the
parking area still had the familiar slick of transmission fluid floating by on its way to dumping into nearby Mill Creek. I fear that the Boyds are gearing up again to defraud people out of their hard-earned money. If I see a website or any advertising in the future, I plan on filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals Office, filing a complaint with the Washington State Dept. Of Ecology for the transmission fluid spilling into the creek, and filing a complaint with Immigration and Customs for possibly hiring illegal aliens to work there. These people will regret ever cheating me. I paid them $2200 to rebuild my transmission. It took them 18 days to do so and several return trips to make so-called adjustments. The transmission never worked correctly. The rebuild lasted just 8 months. These kind of business practice must be stopped! Pro Transmission USA now put a BBB logo on their web page and put up a fake BBB web site to rate the business A - rating.Pro Transmission USA also post their own comments online.
