I have been paying my bills on line for years. One day the message technical issues shows up. Your bill is due. They force you to pay by phone for $6 or it will be late.
Here is the kicker. They never fix the problem, no matter how many times you call. This means that every person that was paying online now has to spend $6 to pay the bill.
Sounds like someone has stumbled on a great scheme. No one in the Hyundai organazation can help you. For that reason, when my lease is up, so is my time as a Hyundai customer.
