Dave Jernigan and rpm-co.com is a hoax. Dave and his wife Shannon ripped me off for $7000. David Jernigan answered every call and every email until I had deposited the final payment and then he never answered his phone or email. He has several telephone numbers and a management consulting company. David Jernigan has several postings and listings on Equipment Trader magazine but they are all a hoax. Do not send this guy money or do business with him you will lose.
