My wife took her car to JB lube in parkersburg and they rejected a state inspection siting that the car needed front brakes and a rotor. I had just replaced the brakes not 7 months prior and was skeptical. Nevertheless, i picked up the parts and proceeded to do the work. The brakes were nearly as new.in addition the rotor was not bad at all. I went back to ask them to explain why they had rejected it and they were closed. The following business day my wife took the car back over there and they informed her they had been decertified and could not complete the inspection neither could they reimburse her. I called them and they confirmed... They said they would not reimburse and that they had measured the brakes. They hadn't even removed the tire. The manager said they didn't nothing wrong and hung up the phone in the middle of my conversation which would probably be ok if i was being rude with them but i wasn't, i was merely trying to hold them accountable. Not only was their service severely lacking but so too was their customer service.
