I can't locate my initial criticism so below goes another article since issues haven't altered. Requested 2 dash kits for over $500.00... Got mail stating estimated vessel was initially week of July (requested May 25th). Week arrived and went got another mail stating there's a wait. Actually, the charge card had been billed for this product... Usually its charged when delivered from many locations, right?
Anyways lets just fast-forward a little. 8 or 9 setbacks later and that I am still waiting. I really had somebody mail me back (out-of 6 emails delivered, I acquired 3 responses) stating they approached the maker which it had been likely to vessel earlier this week... However now its delayed until 8/23. I examined the web site and drenched into monitor it and thats how I then found out.
Lots of period heading by even when its a producer problem... I'm attempting to contact the maker today.
I wouldnt care just as much if there is a wait but dont deliver me 8 or 9 (missing count) e-mail wait notices that display the following fortnight as the ship day... Simply declare its likely to consider a few months the next time!
I'll never purchase from their website again— even when its the maker, Vehicle Identification doesnt mail back or appear to care significantly should you get your item or not - they already got settled.
