I was told by sales people to take a survey and I would receive $10.00 I have been to your website and cannot figure out where it is. I made a purchase on 09/20 of $697.46 and on 09/21 a purchase of $60.96 I believe I should be eligible for a total of $20.00 in store coupons but I cannot figure out how to receive it.
